We are open 24/7 and have early AM, afternoon, evening and overnight shifts available (weekends too!)

Position Overview

As a Shuttle Driver, you will provide friendly, timely, and secure transportation for guests traveling to and from the airport. You’ll operate clean, well‑maintained vehicles and serve as a key part of creating a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a shuttle bus while adhering to traffic laws and DOT regulations
• Transport passengers to and from designated locations on established routes and schedules
• Maintain accurate trip counts and required documentation
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report any issues
• Keep the shuttle interior and exterior clean and orderly
• Deliver excellent customer service and address passenger questions courteously
• Assist passengers with luggage and belongings
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, guest ambassadors, and team members
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Participate in required DOT and company training
• Report accidents or incidents immediately
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned

QualificationsEducation

• - High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• - Valid driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.

Experience

• - Must be 21 years of age.
• - Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• - Experience working with diverse populations and providing excellent customer service.
• - Proven ability to maintain a safe driving record and adhere to safety regulations.
• - Experience performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections is a plus.

Skills and Abilities

• - Excellent driving skills and a strong understanding of defensive driving techniques.
• - Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
• - Ability to navigate efficiently in various traffic conditions.
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with passengers, dispatchers, and other staff.
• - Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and provide courteous customer service.
• - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• - Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• - Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues.
• - Ability to maintain accurate records and logs.
• - Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
• - Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as needed.
• - Ability to assist passengers with luggage or other belongings.
• - Ability to maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
• - Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• - Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken).
• - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
