Qualifications

Responsibilities

What You'll Do as a CDL Driver

As a CDL Driver, you will:

• Safely operate passenger transportation vehicles on designated routes and schedules
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
• Provide courteous, professional, and reliable service to all passengers
• Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, mobility needs, and luggage when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable vehicle at all times
• Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams regarding route changes, delays, and service updates
• Complete trip reports, inspection forms, and required documentation accurately and on time
• Report maintenance issues and vehicle concerns promptly to fleet personnel
• Support special transportation assignments and operational needs as required

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience operating commercial vehicles, passenger transportation vehicles, shuttle buses, motor coaches, or similar equipment preferred
• Strong commitment to safety and defensive driving practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Required Qualifications

• Valid CDL License required
• Passenger Endorsement preferred
• State Inspection License preferred
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and meet all applicable federal, state, and company driving requirements

• Ability to maintain compliance with all DOT regulations and company standards
