Ferring is seeking a Maintenance and Shutdown Planner in Parsippany, NJ, to oversee facility shutdown activities, ensuring safety, budget adherence, and timely completion. The role coordinates planning, scheduling, and vendor activities across departments, while maintaining strong documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The candidate will collaborate with Maintenance Leadership, Validation, QA, and Operations to develop robust shutdown strategies, drive continuous improvement,

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in an FDA-regulated environment.
• Demonstrated strong project management skills.
• Comprehensive background in cGMP principles and concepts.

Mansioni

• Takes full ownership of end-to-end shutdown planning and execution.
• Coordinates communications across staff and departments during shutdowns.
• Develops a comprehensive shutdown schedule with Maintenance, Validation, QA, and Operations.
• Creates and oversees a shutdown planning action list.
• Manages stakeholder relationships including Maintenance and Production Leaders.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and ensures compliance with safety and policies.
