Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of manufacturing experience with 2–5 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing budgets and capital expenditures.
• Spanish speaking helpful but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safe work practices and equipment are used and compliant with policies and regulations.
• Creates and maintains Health & Safety SOPs with safety leaders.
• Train staff on safety procedures and maintain employee files.
• Assigns duties and schedules for operators, pickers and cleaners.
• Leads production and maintenance planning to optimize throughput and quality.
