Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older (required)
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
• 6+ months of relevant kitchen or culinary experience preferred
• Knowledge of food products and basic kitchen practices

Responsibilities

• Process requisitions properly and place in designated area
• Maintain knowledge of food products and proper labeling/dateing for sanitation
• Identify and safely use kitchen equipment
• Restock kitchen supplies and food items as needed
• Assist pantry worker, cooks, and chefs in service execution
• Work as a team and assist guests and employees with needs
• Perform other job-related duties as requested
