Qualifications

• Must be dressed neatly and well groomed in company-approved dress code at all times
• Must be able to mix drinks quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Must follow standards of Responsible Service of Alcohol
• Must meet local jurisdiction requirements, including obtaining required certifications
• Must be able to operate POS system, make change correctly and process credit card transactions
• Must be able to stand during entire shift
• Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 30 lb.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a warm, welcoming bar atmosphere
• Identifies guests 40 or younger for alcohol service
• Prepares, garnishes, and serves drinks promptly
• Engages with guests by performing flair
• Knows the menu and makes beverage/food recommendations
• Upsells food or drinks when appropriate
• Keeps bar area clean and organized
• Rings up orders accurately in POS while socializing with guests
• Adheres to brand standards for service
• Builds guest count by promoting specials and creating a regular clientele
• Ensures responsible alcohol service at all times
