Job summary

Harri is seeking a skilled bartender to mix and serve drinks to Guests, following standard recipes and brand policies. You will welcome Guests, upsell items, and read Guests to make beverage and food recommendations, all while maintaining a clean bar and engaging in front-of-bar service.

You will ensure responsible alcohol service, manage payments via POS, and contribute to a lively, welcoming bar atmosphere in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to mix drinks quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Must follow standards of Responsible Service of Alcohol.
• Must be able to operate POS system and handle payments.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
• IDGuests ordering alcohol who appear under 40.
• Prepare, garnish, and serve drinks promptly.
• Engage with Guests by making drinks in front of them.
• Know the menu and make beverage and food recommendations.
• Upsell food or drinks when appropriate.
• Keep bar area clean and organized.
• Ring up orders accurately in the POS system.
