• Must be able to mix drinks quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Must follow standards of responsible alcohol service.
• Must meet local jurisdiction requirements, including certifications.
• Must operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Must respond calmly to guest requests and notify a manager when needed.
• Must be able to stand for long shifts and lift 30 lb.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a warm, welcoming atmosphere at the bar.
• ID guests ordering alcoholic beverages who appear under 40.
• Prepare, garnish, and serve drinks quickly and accurately.
• Engage guests with flair while making drinks in front of them.
• Know the menu and recommend drinks and food accordingly.
• Upsell food or drink items when appropriate.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized.
• Ring up orders in the POS system and handle payments.
• Adhere to brand standards and responsible alcohol service.
• Build guest count by promoting specials and regulars.
• Respond professionally to intoxicated guests and escalate when necessary.
