Qualifications

• Must read the menu and make appropriate beverage and food recommendations.
• Must be able to operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Must maintain a clean, presentable bar area.
• Must be able to upsell menu items when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a warm, welcoming atmosphere at the bar.
• ID guests ordering alcohol and ensure legal compliance.
• Properly prepare, garnish, and serve drinks.
• Engage with guests by making drinks in front of them with flair.
• Know the menu to recommend drinks and food.
• Upsell food or drinks when appropriate.
• Keep bar area clean and organized.
• Accurately ring up orders in the POS system.
