Qualifications

• Must mix drinks quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must follow standards of Responsible Alcohol Service.
• Must meet local jurisdiction requirements and obtain required certifications.
• Must be able to operate the POS system, handle cash, and process card transactions.
• Must respond calmly to Guests and notify a Manager when needed.
• Must stand for long shifts and be able to lift 30 lb.

Responsibilities

• Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to Guests following recipes and company policies.
• Merchandises drinks and engages Guests with a welcoming service style.
• Properly prepare, garnish, and serve drinks; read menu to make recommendations.
• Upsells Guests on food or drinks when appropriate.
• Keeps bar area clean and organized; rings up orders accurately in POS.
• Adheres to brand standards for service and responsible alcohol service.
