Job summary

Hajoca Corporation, a leading wholesale distributor, seeks a Showroom Support at our Kalamazoo, MI location. You will warmly welcome customers, coordinate with showroom consultants, and manage appointments while guiding product selections and pricing information.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced showroom environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English is required; experience in kitchen/bath design is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or showroom sales.
• Knowledge of products sold in the showroom preferred.
• Strong verbal/telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality and warmly welcome customers and refer to a showroom sales consultant.
• Provide administrative support and schedule showroom appointments.
• Determine customer needs and direct to best products.
• Provide product info including specs, pricing, and availability.
• Enter sales orders and bids; expedite purchases and follow up with customers.
• Process showroom returns and refunds per policy.
• Keep showroom clean, stocked, and well displayed.
• Maintain current product literature for customers.
• Attend industry events to stay informed on trends and build relationships.
• Complete required safety/compliance training.
