Mayors Jewelers is seeking a Showroom Administrator / Service Consultant to deliver exceptional client service by coordinating, prioritizing, and following up on all service orders. You will ensure showroom administration aligns with company procedures and you’ll contribute to the aftercare experience and parts management, supporting long-term operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage and deliver operating costs, identifying suitable efficiency improvements.
• Excellent project, planning, change and time management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly numerate with ability to understand and analyze performance and make effective decisions to ensure KPIs are delivered.
• Results focused, understanding what is important to the business and to the client.
• Technical knowledge of timepieces and ability to change or size straps/bracelets.
