Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a retail operations environment.
• Excellent client service and selling skills.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with purchases, repairs or service concerns in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide relief coverage on the sales floor and assist clients as needed.
• Coach, trains, and develops office staff.
• Ensure office and management operate within company guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain inventory controls and reconcile physical inventories.
• Process sales transactions per guidelines and handle deposits.
• Oversee shipping/receiving of merchandise and paperwork.
• Reconcile and finalize payroll for posting.
• Oversee repair department to ensure timely completion.
• Support sales professionals and management with requests.
• Answer phones politely and assist clients.
