• 1-2 years of customer service experience

• Passion for design and eagerness to learn about our offerings
• Experience with social media and content management is a plus

Responsibilities

• Schedule consultations for Design Consultants and follow up on leads
• Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Keep showroom pristine and organized
• Assist with general office duties and inventory
• Coordinate events as directed by the Liaison Manager
• Greet customers, provide showroom tours, and explain products and design processes
• Provide day-to-day administrative support including calendar management and data entry
