Job summary

California Closets is seeking a Customer Liaison to support scheduling across our Huntington Beach and Newport Beach showrooms. The role greets clients in showrooms, answers calls and emails, and may handle additional sales support and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth showroom experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of admin or customer service in luxury home improvement, with an associate degree in business admin or accounting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative and/or customer service experience in home renovation or luxury brand environments.
• Associates Degree related to business administration or accounting preferred.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn CAD, ERP, CRM, and Office systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails to scheduling offices or showrooms.
• Greet clients in the showroom and assist with guestbook and refreshments as needed.
• Perform administrative duties including social media, warranty, trade packages, and add-ons.
• Support Sales Manager with ongoing education and training of Design Consultants.
• May handle accounts receivable tasks depending on business size.
