Job summary

California Closets is seeking a Customer Liaison in Newport Beach to deliver an exceptional brand experience. You will assist customers, schedule appointments for our Design Consultants, and respond to calls and emails in a fast-paced showroom environment.

This role supports both Huntington Beach and Newport Beach showrooms, with a 40-hour week and overtime potential. Prior administrative or customer service experience in luxury home renovations is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative and/or customer service experience in construction and/or home renovations/improvement industry, preferably within a luxury brand environment.
• Associates Degree related to business administration / accounting preferred.
• Calendar management / regional scheduling experience preferred.
• Tech savvy with ability to learn and apply CAD, Epicor, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for Design Consultants efficiently and in detail.
• Answer incoming phone calls and emails, addressing client needs.
• Coordinate with Central Scheduling and report issues with consultations accurately.
• Greet clients in showroom as first contact and maintain showroom cleanliness.
• May perform additional duties including social media support, marketing/trade packages, add-on orders, or other clerical tasks.
• Assist Sales Manager with ongoing education and training of the Design Consultants with Central Scheduling.
• Handle accounts receivable tasks based on business size.
