Job summary

A leading luxury furnishings company in Miami is seeking a Sample Librarian to manage show room samples and inventory. The ideal candidate will maintain fabric displays, assist clients both in-person and over the phone, and ensure that all areas of the showroom are well-stocked and organized. A Bachelor’s degree is required along with strong communication skills and retail experience. The role demands multitasking and some lifting, making it ideal for active individuals.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years working in a retail, design, or showroom environment.
• Some lifting (20-50 lbs max) is required.

Responsibilities

• Fill sample requests and order missing samples for clients.
• Maintain sample room inventory; keep all inventory levels current.
• Assist Outside Sale Associate by sending tear sheets, memo samples, etc.

Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook

Education
