Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Sample Coordinator to manage footwear samples across the assigned division, maintain showroom displays, and ensure timely shipments for events and photo shoots.

This role requires organization, reliability, and ability to work across teams including Product and Sales. Responsibilities include maintaining showrooms, coordinating sample inflow/outflow, and creating invoices for sample photography while ensuring accurate labeling and timely

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Fashion or Design preferred.
• 1-2 years professional office or footwear retail experience.
• Proficient with MS Office; knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned division showrooms daily and audit rooms weekly.
• Organize showroom walls and add/remove styles as directed.
• Coordinate sample requests and shipments for meetings, trade shows and shoots.
• Create invoices for samples sent for photography and labeling details.
• Fulfilling sample requests with ETA and tracking information.
