Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking a Sample Coordinator to manage footwear samples, coordinate requests and shipments, and keep division showrooms accurate and up to date.

This role requires strong organization and the ability to work with multiple teams to ensure timely sample delivery. Responsibilities include maintaining showroom walls, organizing new styles, and coordinating sample inflow/outflow for meetings, conferences, and photo shoots, with occasional domestic and international travel as

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Fashion, or Design preferred.
• 1-2 years professional work experience in an office environment or footwear retail.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point).
• Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain assigned division’s showrooms multiple times a day, including organizing walls and auditing rooms weekly.
• Create table displays of key styles and ensure correct samples are used.
• Coordinate sample shipments for domestic and international conferences, trade shows, and photo shoots.
