Job summary

Skechers USA Inc. II in Manhattan Beach is seeking a detail-oriented Sample Coordinator to manage all footwear samples for the assigned division, coordinate requests and shipments, and maintain showrooms with the latest lines.

Qualifications

1-2 years professional office or footwear retail experience.
Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Photoshop and Illustrator a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain showrooms within the assigned division.
Organize showroom walls; audit rooms weekly and update samples.
Coordinate sample shipments for domestic and international conferences, trade shows, and photo shoots.
Fulfilling sample requests with ETA and tracking information; ensure on-time delivery.
Work with sales reps and product team to manage rare/keep samples for meetings.
Collaborate with Digital Imaging to ensure samples are photographed and displayed online.
