Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking a meticulous Sample Coordinator in Manhattan Beach. You will manage footwear samples for your division, maintain showroom layouts, organize showrooms, and support sample shipments for domestic and international events.

You will work closely with sales reps and product teams, ensuring up-to-date samples and timely distribution while handling inventories and invoices for photographed samples.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Fashion, or Design preferred.
• 1–2 years professional work experience in an office environment or footwear retail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain assigned division’s showrooms multiple times a day and audit weekly.
• Add new styles and remove reduced or dropped styles from showroom walls.
• Ensure correct sample is placed in showroom and create displays for key styles.
• Coordinate sample shipments for domestic and international events with on-time delivery.
• Track sample orders and ETD with Asia offices and internal teams.
• Fulfill sample requests and provide ETA and tracking information.
