• Typing speed around 60 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom visitors and assist in sales and design conversations.
• Enter client information and log traffic in SFDC.
• Distribute walk-ins to Sales & Design Consultants and follow up with quotes within 24 hours.
• Schedule appointments and manage showroom operations per checklist.
• Maintain showroom appearance and keep reception area orderly.
• Assist with order processing and sample handling as needed.
