Job summary

Architectural Ceramics Inc. seeks a Showroom Sales Support to enhance client experiences in our Rockville showroom. You will greet customers, log details in SFDC, and coordinate quotes and appointments to ensure timely service for Sales & Design Consultants.

Ideal candidates have strong verbal skills, CRM experience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail showroom environment. This is a salaried full-time role with a focus on customer care and showroom upkeep.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• CRM experience helpful.
• Type 60 words a minute.
• Solid CRM Software experience (preferably Salesforce).
• Experience in a retail sales environment, with working knowledge of retail practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Be the showroom ambassador while helping to sell tile.
• Greet clients when they enter and leave the showroom with a warm welcome.
• Log client information and traffic in SFDC.
• Write quotes and check stock for Sales & Design Consultants (quotes within 24 hours).
• Schedule appointments for Sales & Design Consultants.
• Maintain showroom appearance and keep reception area clean.
• Open/Close showroom according to checklist.
