Responsibilities

• Be the showroom ambassador while helping to sell tile.
• Greet clients entering and leaving the showroom with a warm welcome.
• Log customer information in SFDC and track in-house traffic.
• Prepare quotes and check stock for Sales & Design Consultants; quotes within 24 hours.
• Schedule appointments for Sales & Design Consultants; distribute leads.
• Assist with sample processing and marketing materials as needed.
• Maintain showroom appearance and ensure reception area is clean and organized.
• Open/close showroom per checklist and manage supplies as backup.
