Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Showroom Customer Service Representative in Highland Park, IL. You will greet customers, assist on the showroom floor, and help drive orders to support the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization.

You will work Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with potential Saturday shifts. You will collaborate with showroom sales consultants, update contracts, coordinate deliveries, and ensure timely quotations and accurate order processing.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of prior customer service experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances is a plus.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ambition to succeed and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the showroom floor.
• Increase knowledge of product offerings and assist Outside Sales.
• Coordinate with Showroom Sales consultants to fulfill orders.
• Provide timely quotations and accurate order processing.
• Update contracts and coordinate deliveries with the warehouse.
