Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Showroom Customer Service Representative for our New Jersey showroom. You will greet customers on the showroom floor, assist with selections and coordinate with Showroom Sales consultants to ensure accurate quotes and orders.

This is a commission-eligible role with a total compensation target of $50,000-$55,000 annually. The schedule is 40 hours per week, with Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm and two Saturdays per month; benefits include health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prior customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances strongly preferred.
• Commission eligible role; strong focus on meeting sales goals and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the showroom floor.
• Strive to increase knowledge of entire product offering.
• Support the Showroom Sales team by ensuring timely quotations and accurate order processing.
• Update customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information.
