Pella is seeking a Branch Sales Facilitator to greet showroom customers and coordinate with contractors, sales, operations and service to convert quotes into completed projects. The role acts as the main showroom contact, guiding clients through product and installation options with a focus on outstanding service.

You will open/close the showroom daily, prequalify walk-ins, enter lead data, assist with events, and support fulfillment by organizing parts and scheduling service.

Responsabilités

• Greet showroom customers and direct them to appropriate staff or resources.
• Prequalify walk-in customers using established showroom questionnaire to set sales appointments.
• Input and maintain lead and appointment data in showroom software.
• Coordinate with operations, service, and sales teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and communication.
• Assist with showroom events and product demonstrations as needed.
• Open and close the showroom daily, keeping displays neat and organized.
