Job summary

Lovesac, a fast-growing, design-driven furniture brand, is seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager for our Sarasota showroom. You will lead a high-performing sales team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and uphold Lovesac’s standards in a busy retail environment.

You will train and coach staff, manage daily operations, and ensure the floor is guest-ready while driving sales and brand loyalty. This role requires energy, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in a retail management or customer service role.
• Must work during weekends, holidays, and nights to meet demand.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and for occasional meetings.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in handling transactions and data.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, greet clients with energy and optimism and drive conversion.
• Build genuine connections to fuel loyalty and repeat business.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end and close sales.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and create a fun, engaging shopping experience.
• Oversee store operations and guide the team to maintain standards.
