Lovesac is seeking a Showroom Manager in California to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will manage a high-energy team, own the customer journey, and model our product expertise on the showroom floor.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, maintaining brand standards, and executing inventory, merchandising, and safety policies while meeting KPIs and growth targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in retail or showroom environment.
• Ability to travel as needed to local stores and events.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and nights to maximize sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor with energy and optimism, guiding the Lovesac selling process.
• Own the full customer journey, mentor the team, and convert opportunities into sales.
• Model product knowledge, coach brand tours, and deliver memorable customer experiences while closing business.
• Drive long-term growth by building genuine client relationships and brand loyalty.
• Manage P&L performance through disciplined execution and agile decision-making.
