Job summary

The Lovesac Company in Orlando is seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager who thrives on connecting with customers, driving sales, and leading a high-performing team on the sales floor. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, uphold brand standards, and deliver memorable brand experiences while achieving store goals and KPI targets.

This role requires flexibility to work peak hours, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel to local stores as needed to support business priorities.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail management or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Must be able to travel, as required by the Company to local stores, third-party vendors and for meetings.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive data, customer privacy and safety.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift, and move/heavy objects (up to 75 pounds) and assemble furniture on the selling floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while following the Lovesac process and maintaining a strong quote pipeline.
• Build loyalty and repeat business by creating genuine connections and embracing change.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, using curiosity to uncover needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Demonstrate product knowledge via engaging tours and education, confidently closing sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through disciplined execution.
• Guide the team, reinforce selling standards, and keep the floor running smoothly.
