Job summary

Lovesac is seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager in Sarasota, FL, to lead a high-energy sales team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced retail environment, a focus on driving sales, and maintaining store operations with a customer-first mindset.

You will coach staff, ensure product knowledge, manage the customer journey, and work toward exceeding KPIs while upholding Lovesac brand standards and policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail management or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Must be able to travel, as required by the Company to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example greeting clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while following the Lovesac selling process.
• Drive results by building genuine connections that fuel loyalty and repeat business.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge while delivering an engaging brand experience and closing sales.
• Take ownership of performance, meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Support store operations by guiding the team and maintaining floor flow.
