UMI Stone in Naples, FL seeks a Showroom Sales Lead to manage the inside sales team and deliver a top-notch customer experience. You will guide slab selections for fabricators, designers, remodelers, and select builders, while also serving retail customers. Expect to work showroom hours and lead daily showroom operations.

You will mentor staff, ensure accurate orders, and maintain showroom appearance, aiming for high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in stone/quartz industry.
• Self-motivated and driven to close sales.
• Ability to communicate at all levels, inside and outside the Company.
• Computer literate; MS Office experience.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).

Responsabilités

• Manage the showroom team including scheduling, training, coaching.
• Oversee showroom schedules and opening/closing duties.
• Coordinate design appointments with fabricators, designers and builders.
• Assist customers with slab selections by style, location and color.
• Maintain showroom organization and appearance.
• Address customer issues and follow up on satisfaction.
• Enter orders and liaise with operations on delivery.
• Participate in floor rotation, including some Saturdays.
