UMI Stone/Opustone seeks an Inside Salesperson to engage clients, present products, and manage orders from the showroom and remotely. The role targets designers, remodelers, select builders, and retail customers, with emphasis on delivering a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities include showroom support, order entry, coordinating with production and delivery, and building new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Formación

• 3–5 years' experience in construction industry product sales.
• Self-motivated and driven to close sales.
• Able to communicate at all levels inside and outside the company.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an exceptional showroom experience for clients.
• Conduct sales presentations of products and services to customers.
• Assist customers on the showroom floor and over the phone.
• Attend training functions as required.
• Enter orders into computer system and coordinate with production for delivery/installation.
• Follow up to secure orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop new customer accounts to increase revenue.
• Maintain showroom area and assist with inventory as needed.
