Cosentino Naples City Center is seeking a proactive City Center Specialist to manage day-to-day showroom operations, greet clients, and drive sales through lead generation. You will coordinate events, nurture relationships with designers and firms, and support the sales team with sample shipments and stock checks.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales, showroom customer service experience, and familiarity with interior design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales.
• 3+ years in a retail showroom with strong customer service and lead conversion.
• 2+ years in interior design industry preferred.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and engage customers to build relationships and brand loyalty.
• Schedule and assist showroom appointments for walk-ins and clients.
• Provide face-to-face, phone, and email support to explain Cosentino benefits and products.
• Develop relationships with design firms and generate sales leads through visits outside the showroom.
• Support sales by preparing samples, checking stock, and flagging issues to meet targets.
• Collaborate with City Center Manager to increase traffic and leads; log visits and leads in Salesforce.
