Job summary

Koopman Lumber Co Inc in Dennis, MA is seeking a friendly Showroom Sales Assistant to be the first contact for homeowners and contractors, assisting with showroom visits and calls. You will support designers and sales teams and help customers explore kitchen, bath, window, and door options.

You will help keep the showroom organized, provide literature, and identify opportunities to connect customers with additional Koopman products and services. This is a full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

• At least two years of administrative support experience.
• Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Welcome showroom visitors and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to general questions, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Gather customer contact information and project details for designers and sales teams.
• Provide product literature and introduce kitchen/bath, window, and door offerings.
• Identify opportunities to connect customers with additional Koopman products and services.
• Keep the showroom organized, presentable, and ready for customers.
• Provide administrative support and assist the design and sales teams as needed.
