Requirements include at least two years of administrative experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The full-time role includes every other Saturday and training to learn our products and processes.

• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Greet showroom visitors and provide professional customer service.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to general questions, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Gather customer contact information and project details for designers and sales staff.
• Provide product literature and introduce customers to our kitchen/bath, window, and door offerings.
• Identify opportunities to connect customers with Koopman products and services for their projects.
• Help keep the showroom organized, presentable, and ready for customers.
• Provide administrative support with opportunities to assist design and sales teams.
