Job summary

Bozarth Chevrolet in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to greet showroom guests, present new and pre-owned vehicles, and guide them through test drives to a world-class buying experience.

You will build rapport, apply product knowledge, and follow our sales process while collaborating with finance and service to deliver vehicles, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive monthly results.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dealership processes and technologies.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer promptly and professionally upon arrival to the showroom.
• Build rapport and uncover customer needs through active listening and product knowledge.
• Conduct in-depth vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Follow the Bozarth Chevrolet sales process to ensure a smooth, customer-first experience.
• Collaborate with managers, finance, and service departments to complete vehicle deliveries.
• Maintain product and inventory knowledge across all Chevrolet models.
• Stay informed on manufacturer incentives, dealership promotions, and competitive offerings.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Log all customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM to ensure accurate tracking and communication.
