• Ask customers how you can assist them and determine where they need to go.
• Direct customers to: Service Department, Parts Department, Sales Department.
• Connect customers with an available Sales Consultant when they are visiting the dealership.
• Provide clear directions to the appropriate department or employee.
• Assist customers who may be unsure where they need to go.
• Maintain awareness of customers entering the building so no customer is left unattended.
• Represent Bozarth Chevrolet in a professional manner at all times.
