Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail, sales support, or administrative roles; showroom/retail environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist with showroom setup and market preparation for meetings.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to drive sales and support customer service.
• Prepare and manage samples to be sent to customers; follow up on inquiries.
• Track orders and maintain records of orders, inventory, and customer data.
• Perform accurate data entry into client portals and internal systems; keep comprehensive records.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including reporting.
