Job summary

Twelve in Seattle is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support showroom operations, manage orders, and perform essential administrative tasks with accuracy.

You will assist with market preparation, support account executives, handle samples, process orders, maintain records in Excel, and provide timely client communication. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, PTO, parental leave, and discretionary bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales support, or administrative roles.

Responsibilities

• Showroom setup and market preparation for meetings.
• Sales support and coordination with Account Executives; manage samples and orders.

• Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.
