Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage a Customer Experience team in a fast-paced environment, focused on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain an efficient showroom and office, upholding high standards of customer service.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions, including diamond options and custom designs.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email and live chat, ensuring high standards are met.
• Conduct in-person customer appointments to provide a premium showroom experience.
