Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a store leadership professional to oversee all aspects of sales associate performance, sales, operations and financial performance. You will train and develop a high performing sales team and coordinate showroom operations to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Three years of leadership experience in retail management in a high volume environment.
• Professional leader with excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of sales associate performance, sales, operations and financial performance and implement goals.
• Train and develop a high performing sales team.
• Coordinate showroom operations by establishing goals for sales consultants and directing efforts to meet objectives.
• Coach sales consultants to set and achieve monthly targets and develop action plans.
• Monitor consultant performance and compare it with monthly objectives.
• Maximize merchandising through displays, signage and store layout to be attractive and welcoming.
• Mentor and develop teams to achieve results and support the selling process.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
