Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years retail experience; store manager experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and sales performance.
• Lead and develop a team of 4–5 associates.
• Drive sales, KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
• Plan schedules to align staffing with peak times.
