Purple Innovation, LLC is growing, and we are looking for a friendly, communicative, and customer service-oriented manager to oversee daily operations at our store location. Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma; bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a store manager role.
• Be comfortable learning & adaptive to new technology.
• Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and lead a team of 4-5 associates.
• Interface with customers to drive service quality and sales.
• Contribute to store profitability and achievement of KPIs.
• Recruit, hire, and develop store talent.
• Uphold visual and operational standards and safety policies.
