Job summary

Purple in Utah is seeking a Sales Lead to drive personal sales, hit performance goals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while exemplifying Purple’s values.

This part-time role (approximately 15–29 hours per week) pays $19.00 per hour and offers monthly commissions on qualifying mattress sales; you’ll grow your selling skills, learn product knowledge, and coach team members in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a retail environment.
• Comfortable learning & adapting to new technology
• Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities
• Customer service-oriented attitude
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
• Desire to improve selling behavior and problem solving
• Understanding of basic business management functions
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Proven competencies in effective communication
