Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Showroom Manager to assist in daily showroom operations with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and driving sales through clienteling. The role supports the Showroom Director, develops product and market knowledge, and helps recruit, staff, forecast and foster a luxury client environment.

The position requires leadership in luxury retail, strong communication skills, and flexibility for a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail service experience required, preferably in luxury retail.
• Current knowledge of watch trends and marketplace competition.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and retail systems such as labor management, inventory and sales reporting.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
