Job summary

Lansing Building Products, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the showroom in Denver. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, answer inquiries, and process orders while building product knowledge and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include preparing quotes from architect plans, using our inventory system to fill orders, and assisting in the warehouse as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong integrity and commitment to customer service.
• Interest in sales/retail from previous job or education.
• Able to work in a team and with customers independently.
• Computer skills including keyboard and monitor use.
• Goal-oriented with willingness to take on new challenges.
• Knowledge of building principles a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 70 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for customers visiting the showroom.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, answer inquiries and process orders.
• Prepare quotes for windows and exterior building products based on plans.
• Provide exceptional service by developing product knowledge.
• Use a national inventory system to fill orders and maintain inventory.
• Assist in the warehouse with loading and unloading materials as needed.
