Job description

We are looking for a motivated and professional Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team in the luxury stone and surface industry.

This position works directly with homeowners, contractors, designers, and builders to help guide selections, manage projects, and create an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist clients with countertop and material selections
• Work closely with homeowners, contractors, and interior designers
• Manage leads, quotes, and project communication
• Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process
• Utilize software systems including Moraware and HubSpot
• Support a fast-paced, team-oriented showroom environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success in luxury sales
• Experience in stone, interior design, cabinetry, remodeling, or high-end retail sales preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
