Job summary

Toyota of Riverside is seeking a Sales Greeter to warmly welcome customers at the showroom and guide them to the appropriate sales representative, setting a positive tone for the visit.

This full-time role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, the ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and strong communication with customers and team members; the position reports to the Sales Manager and offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers as they arrive, directing them to the appropriate sales person.
• Provide a high level of hospitality while customers wait for a Sales Consultant or Manager.
• Determine the purpose of each visit and direct customers to the right department or employee.
• Monitor showroom and customer areas to keep them organized and welcoming.
• Help maintain accurate customer traffic information, including visits, appointments and arrivals.
• Support the sales team with tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
