Job summary

TileBar in Manhasset, NY, is seeking a Showroom Concierge to support our sales team and deliver an exceptional client experience in-store. You will be the first point of contact, manage inquiries, assist with samples, quotes, orders, and CRM documentation while upholding brand standards.

You will collaborate with showroom staff and internal teams, handle weekday and weekend hours, and help ensure accurate product knowledge and timely order processing for our commercial clients and homeowners.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Sales Support experience.
• 2+ years in Tile, Natural Stone, Textile, Furniture, Building Materials, or Supply Chain industries preferred.
• Experience working with Commercial Contractors and knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming showroom experience for clients.
• Assist sales representatives with samples, quotes, orders, tracking and returns.
• Maintain detailed customer interactions in the CRM system for seamless account management.
• Develop product knowledge to provide accurate information and support client needs.
• Collaborate with showroom staff and internal teams to uphold brand standards and ensure timely delivery.
